Sparring Team - Taekwondo Program

Overview

Sparring Team is designed to give students who really enjoy the excitement and energy of sparring an opportunity to grow in this area.  This group meets during the competition season (January - May/June) once a week and trains with the goal of going to competitions.  This class will take athletes to a higher level of fitness and sparring ability while getting a chance to see how they stack up against other competiors.

  • The opportunity to work on advanced level curriculum

  • Learn Olympic sparring strategy

  • Improve physical fitness and cardio

  • Participate in higher level tournaments, such as states and nationals.

 

Eligibility

​All students who have discussed the commitment with their family and instructor.
