Overview

This is our leadership team and is comprised of students with not only great martial art skills, but also black belt attitude and the desire to share what they have learned and experienced.

 

Leadership opportunity

This program is designed to not only improve the student’s martial art skill, but also leadership skills by first learning to lead themselves and then to lead others. This class gives the student the opportunity to become a career martial arts instructor with a systematic progression from intern to full instructor.

 

Eligibility

• Students are given written assignments that they must complete and learn the thought process behind being a top notch instructor.

• Who is eligible? Current students who are at least a Blue Belt and 9 years old.

• Applicants must submit an essay on why they wish to become a member of Leadership Team and why they deserve to be selected.

• Members will be chosen based on their essay plus classroom behavior, attendance and performance.
